Can I use Xbox or PS5?
Not in the current version. Xbox and PS5 support is planned for a future update. For now, Pilot Journey requires MSFS 2020 or 2024 on a Windows simulator PC.

What does Pilot Journey cost?
€30 as a one-time licence with two personal-computer activations. There is no subscription or higher-priced feature tier.
Who processes the purchase?
Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, tax and the receipt. The licence key itself comes from us, emailed as soon as the payment clears. The installer is a free download from this site.
What is the refund protection?
A 14-day compatibility guarantee applies when Pilot Journey cannot be made to work on a setup listed as fully supported after reasonable troubleshooting.
I lost my licence key, or my licence says it is full.
Both are handled at licence.pilotjourney.app. Enter your key to see the computers it runs on and free one, or enter the address you bought with to have the key sent again. Bought through a store like SimMarket? Write to us with your order number, because we have no address on file for those.
